Minimum Driver Qualifications

To drive for Midnite Express, Inc. you must:

• Have a current CDL with HAZMAT certification
• Be at least 24 years of age
• Have one year or 100,000 miles recent verifiable driving experience
• Pass a DOT physical examination
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Pass behind the wheel road test
• Have no major preventable accidents within the past 3 years
• Have no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Have no serious violation in the past 12 months
• Have no more than 6 moving violations in a lifetime
• Have good reference and a stable work history
• No more than 3 jobs in the past 3 years
• Meet the physical demands set forth on written job description
• Meet all DOT requirements
• Have no DUI or DWI convictions in the past 3 years
• Have no more than 3 DUI or DWI in a lifetime
• Have no Felony convictions
• Successfully complete 2 day orientation with written and verbal testing
